Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older or have verified parental consent.
You agree to disclose any medical conditions, limitations, or health concerns that may affect your ability to participate in training or nutrition guidance.
Coaching Services
FITMAVA provides online coaching, training programs, nutrition guidance, and educational materials.
All services are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Client Responsibilities
By enrolling in any FITMAVA program, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Follow program instructions safely and responsibly
• Consult a licensed physician before beginning any fitness or nutrition program
• Communicate any injuries, health changes, or medical concerns promptly
• Use all program materials for personal, non‑commercial use only
Failure to follow these responsibilities may result in termination of services without refund.
Payments
All payments must be made at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Recurring plans are billed automatically to the payment method on file.
Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final.
No refunds, credits, or partial refunds are issued for coaching services, digital products, or educational materials.
Performance Packages- Mandatory Three‑Month Commitment
All Performance coaching packages require a minimum three (3) month membership contract.
Clients must complete and pay for the full three‑month term.
No cancellations, pauses, or refunds are permitted during this period.
After the three‑month term is fulfilled, clients may choose not to continue.
Recurring Billing
For all recurring plans:
• A 30‑day written notice is required to stop future charges
• Notices submitted fewer than 30 days before the next billing date applies to the following billing cycle
• Payments already processed are non‑refundable
These rules do not override the mandatory three‑month commitment for Performance packages.
Intellectual Property
All FITMAVA content- including training programs, nutrition guides, videos, documents, branding, and digital materials- is the exclusive property of FITMAVA.
You may not copy, reproduce, share, or distribute any materials without written permission.
Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that fitness training, exercise, and nutrition changes involve inherent risks.
By participating in any FITMAVA program, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for your health, safety, and outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
FITMAVA is not liable for:
• Injuries
• Health complications
• Medical conditions
• Lack of results
• Misuse of program materials
You agree to hold FITMAVA harmless from any claims arising from your participation.
Termination
FITMAVA may terminate services at any time for:
• Non‑payment
• Inappropriate or abusive behavior
• Violation of these terms
• Misuse of program materials
No refunds will be issued upon termination.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.

1. All Sales Final
FITMAVA provides digital products, online coaching services, and personalized fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance. Due to the immediate access to proprietary materials and individualized coaching upon purchase, all sales are final.
No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to lack of participation, dissatisfaction with the program, or changes in personal circumstances.
This applies to all:
• Online coaching packages
• Training programs
• Nutrition guidance
• Digital downloads
• Educational materials
• Membership fees
• Subscription or recurring coaching services
1a. Performance Packages- Mandatory Three‑Month Commitment
All Performance coaching packages require a minimum three (3) month membership commitment.
By enrolling in a Performance package, the client agrees to:
• Complete the full three‑month contract term
• Pay all associated monthly fees for the duration of the contract
• Understand that no refunds, cancellations, or early terminations will be granted during the three‑month commitment period
Once the three‑month membership term has been fulfilled, the client may choose not to continue. Any decision to discontinue after the contract period will be honored without penalty.
2. Cancellation of Recurring Billing
For clients enrolled in monthly or recurring coaching plans:
a. A minimum thirty (30) days’ written notice is required to cancel future billing.
b. Notice must be submitted via email or the designated cancellation form provided by FITMAVA.
c. Cancellations submitted fewer than thirty (30) days before the next billing date will apply to the following billing cycle.
d. Payments already processed are non‑refundable and will not be reversed under any circumstances.
e. Failure to provide timely notice will result in continued billing until the notice period has been satisfied.
Note: This section does not override the mandatory three‑month contract required for Performance packages.
3. Missed Sessions and Rescheduling
If the client’s program includes live sessions, check‑ins, or calls:
a. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least twenty‑four (24) hours’ notice.
b. Sessions missed without proper notice are considered forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling, refund, or credit.
c. Repeated missed sessions may result in termination of services at FITMAVA’s discretion, without refund.
4. Chargebacks
The client agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services rendered or digital products delivered.
FITMAVA reserves the right to provide documentation of service delivery and enforce this agreement through appropriate legal channels if a chargeback is initiated in violation of this policy.
5. No Guarantee of Results
The client acknowledges that results depend on individual effort, adherence, and consistency.
FITMAVA does not guarantee specific outcomes, physical changes, or performance results. Coaching is guidance; execution is the client’s responsibility.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any FITMAVA program, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, including:
• The all‑sales‑final policy
• The mandatory three‑month contract for Performance packages
• The 30‑day cancellation notice requirement for recurring billing
